This same NHS Trust has committed a shocking series of failings towards my children, but also many other local autism families. And it needs exposing. To be honest, there are cases of diagnostic failings across the UK, however some NHS Trusts are much better than others. And lack of autism expertise is bad enough in a service tasked with assessing, diagnosing and supporting it, but dishonesty, law breaking and petty malice is another entirely.
